GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICES

ARTICLE 1 SERVICES
Robbert.Legal (“he”, “his”, or “him”) is the website owned by online legal services,
registered as a business in the Netherlands under number: 77959418. Robbert.Legal provides
legal advice to individuals, entrepreneurs and companies. Client in these Terms shall mean the
person or legal entity that requests and retains Robbert.Legal’s services. Client understands that
supplemental terms and conditions may apply.
ARTICLE 2 EXCLUSIVITY
All orders are deemed to have been exclusively issued to Robbert.Legal and he may use
the assistance of third-party individuals and/or companies in order to execute his services.
Robbert.Legal must always perform confidentiality as to Client’s matters as stipulated in
Article 4 in these Terms.
ARTICLE 3 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
3.1. Limitation Liability. In case the Client suffers damages or losses by or in connection with
his services, any compensation shall be limited to the total amount invoiced in the month
preceding to lodging such claim.
3.2. Insurance. When an unexpected event results in any type of liability for Robbert.Legal,
any claim, as a result, shall be limited to the total amount invoiced in the last month preceding such a claim.
3.3. Client acknowledges and agrees it has proper insurance in order to recover such
damages and or losses.
ARTICLE 4 CONFIDENTIALITY
Robbert.Legal must maintain strict confidentiality and non-disclosure with respect to all
information and data of which he becomes aware before, during, and after the collaboration
between Client and Robbert.Legal.
ARTICLE 5 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Robbert.Legal commits to applying its utmost efforts, skill, and diligence in providing the services outlined in this agreement, ensuring they are consistent with the highest professional standards. However, he does not guarantee any specific outcomes from his services. The Client acknowledges and accepts that Parties’ contractual duty is limited to making all reasonable efforts to deliver the agreed services, without any guarantee of results. Furthermore, the Client understands that despite his application of best efforts and professional expertise, certain variables may impact the final outcome of the services, which are beyond Robbert.Legal’s control. By agreeing with these Terms, the Client agrees to the disclaimer that no specific results are guaranteed and waives any liability as a result of his services.
ARTICLE 6 INDEMNIFICATION
Except for Robbert’s gross negligence or willful misconduct, Client shall indemnify, protect,
defend and hold him harmless, from and against any and all claims, damages, liens, judgments,
penalties, attorneys’ and consultants’ fees, expenses and/or liabilities arising out of, involving,
or in connection with this Agreement.
ARTICLE 7 APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT
The legal relationship between Robbert.Legal and his clients is solely governed by Dutch law,
and the civil court in Rotterdam in that country is competent to hear any dispute or claim that
may arise between Robbert.Legal and Client as a result of these Terms, and subsequent
agreements.
ARTICLE 8 DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Subject to the provisions of this Agreement regarding applicable law and competent court,
Parties agree not to commence any legal proceeding with respect to any dispute that may arise out of this Agreement.
Parties agree to take the following steps in the event of a dispute, conflict, or disagreement (“Dispute”).
1. The Party who claims first there is a Dispute, will send the other Party a written notice
setting out the nature of this Dispute;
2. The Parties will subsequently make an attempt to resolve the Dispute through direct
negotiation among the Parties, or by persons who have been assigned to resolve the
Dispute by means of direct negotiations;
3. If the Parties are unable to resolve the Dispute within fourteen (14) Business Days from
the day of receipt of the notice referred to in subparagraph 1, the Dispute will be
submitted to an independent person or institution that will deliver a non-binding
opinion regarding the Dispute.
